ये नियम आपके और Laminai Digital Pvt. Ltd. के बीच Garh Bhasha ऐप और वेबसाइट ("सेवा") के उपयोग पर लागू होते हैं। यदि आप इनसे सहमत नहीं हैं, तो कृपया सेवा का उपयोग न करें। हमारी गोपनीयता नीति और अस्वीकरण भी इन नियमों का हिस्सा हैं।

These terms apply between you and Laminai Digital Pvt. Ltd. for your use of the Garh Bhasha app and website (the "Service"). If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Service. Our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer also form part of these terms.

Garh Bhasha गढ़वाली शब्दों के हिंदी व अंग्रेज़ी अर्थ, कहावतें, लोकगीत, दैनिक क्विज़ और सीखने से जुड़ी सुविधाएँ निःशुल्क देता है। हम किसी भी समय सुविधाएँ जोड़, बदल या बंद कर सकते हैं।

Garh Bhasha provides, free of charge, Hindi and English meanings of Garhwali words, proverbs, folk songs, a daily quiz and related learning features. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time.

• खाता बनाते समय सही जानकारी दें।
• अपने पासवर्ड और खाते की सुरक्षा की ज़िम्मेदारी आपकी है।
• 18 वर्ष से कम आयु के उपयोगकर्ता माता-पिता या अभिभावक की सहमति से ही खाता बनाएँ।
• आप कभी भी अपना खाता हटा सकते हैं — खाता कैसे हटाएँ।

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for keeping your password and account secure.
• Users under 18 should create an account only with a parent's or guardian's consent.
• You can delete your account at any time — see how to delete your account.

सेवा का उपयोग करते समय आप:

• शब्दकोश या उसकी सामग्री को बड़े पैमाने पर कॉपी, स्क्रेप या डाउनलोड नहीं करेंगे।
• ऐप, वेबसाइट या API में सेंध लगाने, उसे रिवर्स-इंजीनियर करने या स्वचालित तरीकों से उपयोग करने का प्रयास नहीं करेंगे।
• अपमानजनक, भ्रामक, ग़लत या किसी और की कॉपीराइट सामग्री को शब्द-सुझाव के रूप में नहीं भेजेंगे।
• सेवा को बाधित करने या किसी भी ग़ैरक़ानूनी उद्देश्य के लिए उसका उपयोग नहीं करेंगे।

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Copy, scrape or download the dictionary or its content in bulk.
• Attempt to break into, reverse-engineer or access the app, website or API by automated means.
• Submit offensive, misleading or false words, or someone else's copyrighted material, as a contribution.
• Disrupt the Service or use it for any unlawful purpose.

जब आप कोई शब्द सुझाते हैं, तो आप पुष्टि करते हैं कि वह आपकी अपनी जानकारी पर आधारित है और किसी और के कॉपीराइट का उल्लंघन नहीं करता। आप हमें उस सामग्री को Garh Bhasha में उपयोग करने, संपादित करने और प्रकाशित करने का निःशुल्क, स्थायी, विश्वव्यापी और ग़ैर-अनन्य अधिकार देते हैं।

हम किसी भी सुझाव को संपादित या अस्वीकार कर सकते हैं। स्वीकृत शब्द शब्दकोश का हिस्सा बन जाते हैं और खाता हटाने के बाद भी (आपकी पहचान के बिना) बने रहते हैं।

When you suggest a word, you confirm that it is based on your own knowledge and does not infringe anyone else's copyright. You grant us a free, perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive right to use, edit and publish that content in Garh Bhasha.

We may edit or reject any suggestion. Approved words become part of the dictionary and remain (without your identity) even after you delete your account.

Garh Bhasha का नाम, लोगो, ऐप, वेबसाइट, डिज़ाइन और संकलित शब्दकोश डेटाबेस Laminai Digital Pvt. Ltd. की संपत्ति हैं। आप सेवा का उपयोग निजी, ग़ैर-व्यावसायिक सीखने के लिए कर सकते हैं, और ऐप के "शेयर" विकल्प से अलग-अलग शब्द या कहावतें साझा कर सकते हैं।

लोकगीत और कहावतें गढ़वाल की पारंपरिक धरोहर हैं; जहाँ किसी रचना के अधिकार किसी व्यक्ति या संस्था के हैं, वे अधिकार उन्हीं के रहते हैं।

The Garh Bhasha name, logo, app, website, design and compiled dictionary database belong to Laminai Digital Pvt. Ltd.. You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning, and share individual words or proverbs using the app's "Share" option.

Folk songs and proverbs are part of Garhwal's traditional heritage; where a work belongs to a particular person or organisation, those rights remain with them.

Google या Facebook से साइन इन करने पर उनकी शर्तें भी लागू होती हैं। सेवा में दिए गए बाहरी लिंक की सामग्री के लिए हम ज़िम्मेदार नहीं हैं।

If you sign in with Google or Facebook, their terms also apply. We are not responsible for the content of external links provided in the Service.

सेवा "जैसी है, वैसी" दी जाती है, बिना किसी गारंटी के कि वह हमेशा उपलब्ध, त्रुटि-रहित या पूरी तरह सटीक रहेगी — विस्तार से अस्वीकरण देखें। क़ानून द्वारा अनुमत सीमा तक, सेवा के उपयोग से होने वाली किसी भी अप्रत्यक्ष या परिणामी हानि के लिए हम उत्तरदायी नहीं होंगे।

The Service is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will always be available, error-free or completely accurate — see the Disclaimer for details. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service.

इन नियमों का उल्लंघन करने पर हम किसी भी खाते को बिना पूर्व सूचना के निलंबित या बंद कर सकते हैं।

We may suspend or close any account that breaks these terms, without prior notice.

हम इन नियमों को समय-समय पर अपडेट कर सकते हैं। बदलाव के बाद सेवा का उपयोग जारी रखने का अर्थ है कि आप नए नियमों से सहमत हैं।

We may update these terms from time to time. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

ये नियम भारत के क़ानूनों के अधीन हैं, और इनसे जुड़े किसी भी विवाद पर भारत के सक्षम न्यायालयों का अधिकार क्षेत्र होगा।

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute relating to them is subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
